Joe's cousin had an opening night for his art exhibit at BYU. Joe's Great Grandfather was an artist and has been given the B.F. Larsen hall at BYU. We were excited that his cousins opening night would be in the Hall dedicated to his great Grandfather. We started out the night at the Brick Oven.
